We are more than happy to deliver to our Doyenne's anywhere across the UK. Unfortunately at this early stage of the business, we are not yet offering international shipping, although we hope to add this soon and this page will be updated regularly with any changes. If you have a specific request, and so that we can monitor international demand, please contact us using the form on the contact page or email directly to enquiries@doyennethelabel.co.uk and we would love to speak to you.

Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to return items you have purchased online. You can return your Doyenne The Label pieces by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item has not been worn or damaged and the security swing ticket has not been removed. Please contact us using the contact form or email directly to enquiries@doyennethelabel.co.uk with your order details and item you wish to return, and we will be happy to assist you. All returns must be sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery. If items are returned to us that do not meet the above returns criteria, unfortunately we will be unable to accept them and the item will be returned back to you without a refund.
